Your personal data are processed by the company; Employment consultancy business activities in accordance with the License Agreement and all regulations and company policies to be fulfilled by the service platform with the purpose of use of an online interview, the company's business units by the execution of the activities of necessary work in this direction, the company's short, medium and long term trade policies, determination of trade policies, planning and implementation, design and execution of the company's human resources activities of the company, fulfillment of the obligations arising from the legislation, to manage the customer relations and corporate communication processes and to ensure the commercial and legal security of the real and legal persons with whom the company has a business relationship, it is processed in accordance with the law, honesty rules and in a manner that is always connected, limited and measured in accordance with the limits set out in the law.
Your personal data will be stored by the company for a period of 2 (two) years for the candidate data, and for the customer personnel, for the explicit consent period for the storage of the candidate employee's personal data. In addition, if you give your consent to the transfer, the transfer will be made to third parties, and if the approval is not given, it will be stored only within the company.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data within the purposes specified above, is transferred in accordance with Article 8 and Article 9 of the law to the press, government organizations, law enforcement, judicial and administrative authorities, other legal and real persons in private law provided for in the legislation of the company and competent institutions to control the fulfillment of payment obligations, payments to be contracted on behalf of financial institutions, company's business partners in cooperation for the development of the services received or activities owned, if necessary, to the company's suppliers and Platform servers being abroad by taking the data security measures specified in the law.
4. Methods and legal reasons for collecting personal data
Your personal data is collected by the company automatically and non-automatically, orally, in writing or electronically. 5. Rights of Data Owners Under The Law

You can request to exercise your rights. If you are the owner of personal data, you will be required to submit a special power of attorney certified by a notary public in order to use the above mentioned rights and to provide clarification regarding the right you claim, to be clear about the matter you claim, to be personally relevant to the matter you claim, or to act on behalf of someone else. In your applications, first and last name, signature, identification number, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, the requested elements are required to be specified in accordance with “notification on application procedures and principles to the Data Officer”. Applications that do not contain these elements will be rejected by MAGNA.
